We ask firms wanting to join us to go through our Supplier Selection Process. If successful you would also automatically be part of the wider Bramble Hub partner community and have the opportunity to bid for other work.

Supplier Selection Process

Our Supplier Selection Process (SSP) is an important part of our ISO9001 accredited quality management system. It has three steps:

Step 1 - Preliminary review

Assesement of:

  • Quality management system including ISO9001, 14001, 27001 (or equivalent) certificates
  • Financial records, insurances, criminal activity, CCJ’s and credit ratings including Dun & Bradstreet and director profiles

Step 2 - Detailed Evaluation

Assessment of:

General quality

  • Repeatability
  • Accountability
  • Formal methods and controls
  • Use of performance metrics
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Continuous imporvement

Capability

  • Track record of delivery to time and budget
  • Reputation and high professional standards
  • Recent references and case studies relevant to specialisms and vision
  • Successful delivery of simiar project deployments
  • Key staff capabilities
  • Robust internal business processes
  • Compliance with appropriate standards and regulations

Step 3 - Interview

  • Interview to include review of the assessment at Step 2
