Bramble have developed a robust project management approach for implementing large-scale central government projects. This approach is based on PRINCE2 and part of our quality management system.
Our implementation teams work closely with the sales and solution teams. Every project will be sponsored by a senior Bramble Director and the sales team will continue with the project until implementation is completed.
Our focus is to engage all stakeholders including staff, students and parents in the roll out of large scale IT systems. Involving the school community via "show and tell" days and letting them develop and trial systems sets a positive tone for a long term engagement from the beginning.
Our training model not only focuses on competence on how to use ‘systems and kit’ but increase confidence in embedding ICT into learning and teaching focusing on specialisms and key technology areas. This training is stage specific and training is tailored where possible to adapting the ICT to deliver in the different key stages.
Our training model is adapted for every customer and every staff member. It is delivered with a mix of onsite consultancy backed up by cloud based resources but designed to improve all staff members and help our customer to develop towards attaining the NAACE ICT Mark.
